Perm上写的工作要求是本科+5年。应该可以EB2吧。


-Talk to your lawyer and I can not make judgement without details.


律师可以修改已经交了还没批的140吗？谢谢！


-Yes. The lawyer can file amendment even if the I-140 is approved if this is a mistake to select EB3 in the I-140 but the PERM is for Eb2.
