Just to confirm, for part 7,  Item "Applying for adjustment of status", I check Yes. Correct?

For supplemental material of EB-1a, besides coverletter, recommendation and all the evidences, what else do I need?

Is it necessary to have a empolyment letter from my employer to state my job title and annual salary?
