question regarding I-864:

1:i am citizen and sponsor my parents for green card. i file I-864 and my wife file I-864A to support my petition. do we need send a check of $70 to USCIS?

2. when i file I-864 for the part 1 answer from a to f, should i mark "a" as my choice?
