非主申请人，ap批了却一直没有收到。

问律师如果签h4回来，就会i485失效。

那么如果签H1呢？过去曾是H1，但是换工作以后是用485 的 EAD工作，是否也会影响?

没有拿到ap,485pending的情况下，如何回美国？
