-If your parents will come to US with B1/B2 visa, then you can file I-130 and they file I-485 at the same time. if they do not come to US with non-immigration visa and will apply for the immigration visda in China, you just need to file I-130.

2. 考了一下古，似乎需要：我的出生证明公证，我父母的出生证明公证，我父母的结婚公证。 这三样都是英文翻译，中国公证处办理。

可不可以我替他们翻译，他们打印出来，拿去公证？
