好像听说办了NIW，就不可再办perm了，是吗？

我哥们自己弄的NIW，刚批准了140；公司老板告诉他可以给sponsor，EB3， 办perm，
也不用自己付费，他想不办白不办。
-I do not think he needs the EB3 unless this EB3 job is in different area from the NIW background/major. Not need to waste money and time even if he does not need to pay.
这会不会影响他已批准的NIW-140呀？
