EB3 labor reqires 2 years of certain experience.

I had that experience when working for an university lab,  while I was on graduate research assistantship.  Can I ask my professor to write experience letter?  

 

Or it has to be industrial experience letter?

-Not really, but I do not think your expereince as graduate research assistant can be used for the PERM because you actually was a student and thus, that kind of experince was learning process, not working experience. You can ask you lawyer about his/her suggestion.
