question about fund transfer from China to US for stock trading.

My cousin opened a Scottrade on-line account in China.  He was not able to transfer funds to the account per Chinese law.  China only allows funds to be transferred to a personal account not to a company.  So he wants to transfer funds to my personal account and then I will transfer the fund to his Scottrade account.

Is there any (potential) problem by doing so?  Thank you very much
