Queation about 485

Dear friends,
Just check on line that my I-485 was approved,my hu*****and's I-485 needs additional evidence,my son's I-485 is still pending.I file I-140 and I485 together,I-140 was approved late last year. I also submited marrige certificate medical examization and birth certificates, and tax return forms,my hu*****and and so are dependent on me, why they need additonal evidence for my hu*****and'case,what is the potential evidence.
