你好.有个问题想请教.我父亲黑了6.7 年.我是公民.我可以申请他绿卡.他的护照是濄期的,大使馆不给延.请问移民局是怎么要求这种情况的?谢谢!!!

-Just use the expired passport for the green card application and it may work (I heard someone got that done). You have no choice, anyway.
