请问30个月physical residence 是要求到interview 还是到 oath？

-It is counted until you get the formal US citizenship/finish the oath.

 我看入籍通知后面问题2 就是问有没有 travel out US。请问宣誓时移民官还会计算出美国日子吗？

-Before you can get the US citizenship (take the oath), you can not stay outside US continuously for more than 6 months, otherwise your physical presence continuity will be disrupted. Also, you need to have reentry permit to stay outside for more than one year less than two years.
