父母 485，没有指纹通知3个月，移民局网站查不到case status, 谢谢答复指点

我8月上旬帮助父母申请绿卡（他们是在美国递交申请的），20天左右收到receipt Notice. 现在快3个月了，指纹通知还没有收到。我在递交申请后两个月时做了service request, 询问I-485 case status, and no finger print notice. 不久收到service request response mail letter: your application information has been entered system which schedules applicant for their biometrics at local applicant service center (ASC). .....

。

我有两个 疑问:

第一是是否继续等待，还是有必要再service request

 第二， I-130, I131 check online status能查到父母case的状态, but my parent's I 485, after I input receipt number, no cases could be found. 移民局website online 为什么查不到我父母485状态， 是不是也要打1800电话咨询， 还是网上信息不准？ 系统显示如下信息：
