我是公民，六月份为我母亲申请了绿卡，她现在在美国，今年初B2入境，现在已经超过了六个月，也就是说签证已经过期了。
今天我们收到了一封信，看得不明白，请明白的的朋友们指教
NOtice Type: Approval Notice Section: Parent of U.S. citizen, 201(b) INA
The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United Satates and will apply for adjustment of status. The evidence indicates that he or she is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application. this determination is based on the information submitted with the petition and any relating files. if the person for whom you are petitioning believes that he or she is eligible for adjustment of status, then he or she should contact the local USCIS office for more information.
Because the person for whom you are petitioning is not eligible to adjust, we have send the approved petition to the Department of State National Visa Center(NVC), 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsouth, NH. NVC processes all approved immigrat visa which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. NVC will then forward the approved petition on that consulate.
We are confused what the next step we should do since she is in the U.S now?
