4.Is this the second or subsequent request for an extension of stay that you have filed for this alien?

途换雇主C，第三次添I-129，从2008年4月1日开始，到2011年3月31日结束，申请算是换雇主以及extension.

现在该为这次H1b申请extension了，还是同一雇主C，这种情况可以对问题4回答yes吗？如果回答yes,费用就是320，不知道理解正确吗？

还有这次 H1b起止日期应该是，2010年4月1日到2012年12月3日，理解正确吗（总计6年）？

-It is from "2011年3月31日到2012年12月3日" if you do not have approved I-140. If you have an approved I-140, you can extend it fro maximum of 3 years beyond the 6 year limit.
