After providing the official name change cetificate from the court to USCIS 4 years ago, USCIS had updated the new name in all EAD cards renewed and other files then. However, USCIS put the old name in the green card finally.In this case,do we need pay the filing fee? Thank you again
-May be not need to pay the fee and you can argue it. If USCIS has to ask you to pay the fee later, they will send you the RFE. So, do not pay the fee when you file the I-90. After you get the receipt of the I-90 filing, just bring the receipt and the passport to the USCIS local office to put a green card stamp on the passport so that you can use the green card stamp to get any green card benefits.
