这样系统里是否会显示我延期滞留.我是否需要把新的延期receipt也上交呢?

-No, but bring the H4 extension receipt with you for the H4 visa application in case the visa officer think you were out of status in US and show the H4 receipt to the VO if he/she ask your status in US.
