你所说的withdraw是指我现在的公司revoke我的140吗？不是说有诈欺才能revoke？？？

-Withdrwal of the I-140 is done by the employer/sponsor and the employer can do it any time as he wants. Revokeing of a case is done by USCIS and normally they will do it when they find something illegal in the application.
