You have to send all the I-140 support documents to the address on the efiled verfication receipt to complete your I-140 filing. Then, wait for a couple of weeks for USCIS to put all your data into their system. Then, you can file Form I-907 for premium processing for the pending I-140. You can not do the efiling and premium processing of I-140 at the same time. You only can do paper-filing and premium processing at the same time.
