 生活担保证据。美国申请人和任何联合担保人必须提供如下文件:

c.) 现时的工作证明，汇款收据及银行记录等。

 

I already submitted employment letter when I file I-864  on  June 2010. Do I need another one or just recent paycheck from the same employee? 

-Bring a employment verifcation letter from your employer and the recent paycheck stubs. The officer wants to know whether you are still employed. Bring the tax return copy of last year and the W2 too.

 

 Do I need to provide my bank statements ?

-Not need if you did not use it for the I-864. But it does not hurt you to privide a copy of it (may be somewhat helpful to provide it).

 

What about 汇款收据 ?

-ignore it if it is not applicable.

 

  I never sent money back since I  go back to China every year, I gave them cash instead. What do I need to provide here ?

-Just let your relatives (parents?) to explain it to the officer if asked.
