我的EAD十天以后过期，7月17日(Notice day)进行renew, 至今未批。

着急ing…

-Go to the USCIS local office to push them. If the EAD is not approved in a few days (e.g. 3 to 4 days) after visiting the local office, you may email complaint to cisombudsman.publicaffairs@dhs.gov providing the officer ID and name whom you contact in the email.

请问现在移民局还发临时EAD么？

-No.

如果没有EAD，怎么和雇主处理这种情况呢？

休假还是临时停发工资，

-Fine for either one.

等以后再补上呢？

-No unless annual leave with pay.
