H1b 延期怎么这么久? 快半年了.

H1 延期, 6月1号receipt date, 到现在网上的Status 还是initial review, 不知道是怎么会这么久, 网上显示的processing time 是3.4个月,最后一次update 是不是8月31 号,当时是处理到receipt date 5/25 的了. 现在都10月底了,我的案子还没结果,真的很急. 主要驾照快要过期了, 没有approval notice 没法儿延. 另外还想升档节回家,现在都没办法安排. 谢谢大家帮忙看看着正常吗?
