离婚对移民or绿卡有影响吗？

My hu*****and and I are married for 7 years. We got green card 5 years ago. His company sponsored him, then he added me in the last step (file 485 or 140??), so I got the card at the same time. We 一起申请入籍， 他已成为公民， 我在面试通过后一直没得到任何消息。If I file divorce now, any influence on my 入籍or 绿卡?
