请教各位大侠，我的I-94白卡在面试时被移民官收走了，当时因为排期没到，没批绿卡。当时也忘了留一份复印件了。现在排期到了，一直没有批，让议员去问了都还没有消息。

家里有急事，我想回国一次，用H1B签证回来。离开美国境内的时候没有I-94会有问题吗？我去签了H1B再入境的时候会有问题吗？

-Keep all evidences you travel such as air ticket, airplane boarding card, entry and out of China/US stamps in your passort. Just apply for the H1 visa as usual and if the VO ask something about I-94, just exxplain it. You will be fine.
