-Modify it to one for each C.V. or not provide the reference's C.V. if the reference introduces himself/herself at the beginning of the recoomendation letter. USCIS just want to know whether the reference is qaulified to judge your work, so many references just introduce themself with a few sentences at the beginnign of the recommendation letter and thus, they do not need to provide the C.V.
