I was interviewd with a company and they sent me an export control 
questionnaire. One question is asking me if I am "an alien lawfully admitted
to the US as a temporary resident under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). What is that?

-Just say "Yes". This means if you entered US legally (e.g. entered US with a valid visa-F1, H1, etc.) and authorized to work (e.g. H1, EAD etc.), you can not be disciminated in your employment just based on your race, nationality, sex, religion, etc.....
