请问老师们一个身份问题

I was interviewd with a company and they sent me an export control 
questionnaire. One question is asking me if I am "an alien lawfully admitted
to the US as a temporary resident under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). What is that?

By the way, I was PERM EB2 485 pending, use EAD now...
