The report shows how many pending adjustment of status (green card) applications in each preference classification have priority dates in a given month and year.
因此可以确认, Report里的数据是按照PD显示的.

2. 七月份PD多的原因是NIW. 很多NIW是赶在七月份同时交的I-140/I485. 到后来I-140批准了,就有了七月份的PD(I-485的PD,就是批准的I-140的RD).
