请问父母不懂英语.公民替父母填写form I-485时在问题part 4 (page no.5)是填a or b or c?

a. i am deaf or hard of hearing and request the following accommodation (if requesting a sign -language interpreter, indicate which language.

b. i am blind or signt -impaired and request the followint accommodations

c. i have another type of disability and /or impairment

移民局会找人在面试时翻译吗?儿子可以吗?谢谢!!!
