我是绿卡，如果回大陆与未婚妻结婚，我回美后可否申请妻子来美探亲？

-Yes, technically.

如果可以，她来美后可否逾期居留，有何后果？

-She can not have the benefit of legal resident.

或者是否有其它办法转换合法身份？ 

-She can  get F1, H1, etc. status if she is qualified. You can sponsor her GC application.
