USCIS mailed my approval notice to the wrong address. Do I need

Hi. Experts:

My case status is http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/immigration/524652.html

Basically, I applied EAD at the end of this June. USCIS mailed the receipt notices to my current CORRECT address. However it mailed my approval document to my previous wrong address. On USCIS system it shows that an approved document was mailed to me on 24SEP2010. Up to today I still have not received it. After many times of phone calls, USCIS did a service request and said that they can not find the document and suggest I refile the application.

My problem is that even if I do a e-filing and later request a expidition. It probably will not get my CARD on time. My current one expires on 23OCT2010.

Please help and I am waiting online
