菜鸟请问：postdoc能否办EB-1b

本人09年底博士毕业，现在做薄厚。觉得EB-1b要求条件低一点，但好像需要雇主sponsor。但是见过一些case如“research fellow or associate in state university”也办成了，请问这些也一定要雇主sponsor吗？postdoc换个title行吗？多谢了！
