1. you can deal with your landing issue at any Canadian Immigration Service on the US-Canada border.

2. the landing paper itself is your valid document to enter Canada. you don't need to apply for another Canadian visa.

3. once you get landed in Canada, you can come back to USA using your passport and valid I-94. you don't need to apply for another US visa either, if your stay in Canada is not longer than 1 month.
