如果I140 amend 里面什么都没变（title, job description)， 除了sponsorship变了(因为是successor in interest). 但是H1B amendment 现在已经先交了, 用了上面的title change (加SPONSORSHIP CHANGE), 其他也没变.

这样的话, I140 AMENDMEND 会有问题吗?

-It will be fine if USCIS does not realize it. H1 amendment has nothing to do with the I-140 adn thus, it will not affect the I-140.
