因为公司merge, 要做I140 Amendment

原来PERM/I140的title 是XXX Analyst, 现在已经promote 成manager of xx. 现在amendment用的title 是 manager of xx (including XXX Analyst). job description估计是没有怎么变

不知道这样的I140 Amendment会不会有问题？

-If you have not file I-485 yet, it may hurt your previous I-140 because PERM based I-140 is job specific including job title. If your I-485 pending is more than 180 days, your will be OK as long as you work in the same field (job title does not matter in this case). You may need to do the GC application all over again if you are promoted. So talk to your lawyer.
