问题急问 Master Pjiang

My wife green card approval (140 4/06, 485 7/07, GC 9/15/10) on 09/15/10
But she is in China Now, She want to fly USA on 10/17/10 ( ticket already reserve) But I do not get card yet, Do you know how push USICS send card quickly, I've got card, I cannot help from USCIS hotline. Thanks for Pjiang help in my four yearvwaiting include all others guy.
You should get "Nobel prize" in immigration area!!! really!
