My brother has just got green card of Canada with his wife and son.
But my brother doesn't want to stay there, for it's hard to get job. So he may eventualy give up the green card of Canada. But his wife and kid may probably stay there at least 3 years in 5 years to keep it.
I just got my citizenship of USA, I would like to apply green card of U.S for my brother.
I know it will take about 10 years to get it, but think that may be good for his kid.
My question is if I now apply green card for my brother, is there anything bad for him?
If he later want to have a visiting visa to USA from canada, is the petition for green card in US going to affect that?
