打算明年6 月回国，现在就递申请是否太早了点?

-Yes, too early. Apply for it in advance 4 months before you plan to leave US.

 USCIS 没有只有在离境前几个月之内申请的规定吧？

-No. You can apply for the AP any time, but the AP is only valid one year and if you get it too early, you can not stay in China for a longer time.
