谢谢八老师,是不是我可以在申请h1时撤回h4，杜绝h1，h4前后脚批的可能。还是撤回会导致我身份的gap,所以一定不能撤回h4，作好去墨或者加的准备就可以。需要签墨西哥签证先吗？
-If you withdraw the H4 application before H1 is approved, your status will have a gap so that your H1 application may have no I-94. If after the h1 approval and you withdraw the H4, there is still a gap in your status, but if the gap is small (i.g. < one month), it may not affect you anything. If it is big (> 1 month < 6 months), your future visa application may be affect.
