再想请问从打指纹到EAD批，需要多久？

-Just go to the USCIS local office to push them and you may get the EAD approved in 2 to 3 days.

H1B 14天后过期，如有gap是不是只能no pay leave，而不能使用休假。

-You also can get the leave with pay if your employer agrees. As long as you are not employed, you are OK.
