我当时只寄了我的出生公证with I-130 filing，因为I-130的instruction没说要他们的出生公证。我还以为这是第二步要递的材料。我现在补寄可以吗？
-Don't send anything else until USCIS send you RFE. If they do not send you RFE, that means they may not need anything else.
