老师们好：收到EAD后怎么办?

老师们好：
绿卡遥遥无期，没有绿卡首当其冲的problem 是孩子上大学，没有任何资助。想给女儿申请EAD上大学打工用。想知道收到EAD后怎么办？直接给学校？直接给雇主？或凭EAD去申请工卡， 然后用申请的工卡去工作？
