previous h1b pending, I-485 application

I have a previous h1b application pending, which we sent about 8 months ago, then they requested for job discripton, and we sent them that, about 3 months after this, it is still pending. now I move to a new company, and my new h1b transfer use premium service, and it is approved. I plan to file I-485 for green card now, it that pending h1b still a problem for green card application? I am no longer work in that company. Thanks.
