我的申请已经递交5个月了，面试已过，律师说我可以申请回美纸，就是说我可以回中国用回美纸回来，怎么你和他说得矛盾呢？请指教。
-The problem is that you have been unlawfully present in US for more than one year, and thus you are under 10-year bar. Therefore, if you leave US before you get the green card, you will not be allowed to enter US at least for ten years. The AP (回美纸) does not work in your case and only green card can save you. Your lawyer obviously ignored this issue. If you listen to him/her in this issue, you will be big trouble. You can tell him/her my comments and see how he/she reacts.
