回复：父母绿卡问题，卡还没收到

父母8月27号面试，当时被告知申请已经批准，三个星期内会收到绿卡。

之后一个星期内两人同时收到I-797，妈妈第二个星期收到绿卡，但父亲的至今还没收到。

给uscis打电话，机器答复是30天内收到。但现在30天已到了。
-It is very normal. Sometimes may need two months to get the card.

请问大家这种情况常见吗？应该怎么办？

麻烦的是父亲已经订了10月回国的机票，还有医药也快用完了。
-Bring the I-485 approval notice and the passport to the USCIS local office to put the green card stamp on his passport and tehn, he can use the the green card stamp to travel (the stamp has the same functions as the physical green card). Talk to the officer that he needs to visit China urgently and the officer will put the stamp for him.
