我的EB1A申请,在9月15日I--140和I-485一起递交的,本人在这是短期的H1B访问,10月10日前就要回国,之后H1B身份也将被中止. 这种情况下,我的绿卡申请受不受影响???
-If USCIS send I-485 RFE for the employment status and you are not in US physically, your I-485 will be denied. You also need to do the fingerprinting some time later. However, your I-140 will not be affected by your leaving.


1.没收到485的的收据和打指纹的通知,可以WORK-IN去打指纹嘛?
-No.

我需要怎么做?
-Wait for the notice.

2.打指纹的地址,在那可以查到?能给个链接?
-USCIS will send you teh notice which indicates where you should do the fingerprinting.



3.EBA1同时递交的I-140和I-485, 但485收据还没有收到,也没有AP,这种情况离境,有什么方法可以回来嘛?
-Apply for H1 visa.

可以境外申请AP嘛?
-No.
