On both AP pages, it says Presentation of the original of this document prior to November 20, 2011 allows ... So weird.
My current AP expires October 20, 2010. Thanks.

-It seems USCIS intended to issue the AP with effective date on Nov. 21, 2010 because your old AP is still valid until October 20, 2010. I am not sure whether you will have problem or not because the approval email was one day later after you leave US, but you probadly will be OK if the CBP officer is not picky (most CBP officers are not picky in this kind of issue with only one day difference). You may provide the emergency evidences to the CBP officer an dexplain why you were so urgent to leave US.
万一有问题，移民局8/23写给我的关于我8/20电话expedite request for extreme emergent need的信能够作为证明：我是因emgergency才提前一天离美吗？如果因emgergency在AP批准前离美，CBP officer能原谅我吗？（我会附上application receipt，the approved AP）。
