有的题目没说要回答几项，是不是要都回答？

像是这道题--只回答一个可以吗：

2. What does the Constitution do？问: 宪法的作用是什么？
A: It sets up the government. 答: 建立政府体系
A: defines the government 答: 设立政府规范
A: protects basic rights of Americans 答: 保障人民各项基本权利
