谢谢老师!那么我可不可以驾车同我老公(他是加拿大公民,H1B)去一趟加拿大再返回美国拿到新的多次往返的美国签证和I-94表呢?

-No. You have to apply for an H4 visa form a US Consulate/Embassy in Canada, China or other countries, not just go Canada and come back (you are different from your spouse because he is Canadian citizen and you are not).

我已经有加拿大签证了.(我在国内时间很紧,拿新的签证怕没时间来不及了).我们在美国TN/TD换成H1B/H4后还没出境过(没盖章),这换新的没问题吗?
