老师，父母是07年的排期，请问你说的是什么immigration visa?
-the visa for green card = immigration visa.

我们现在不是公民，是父母的姐妹申请的130.
-You did not indicate this clearly in above post. Whose 姐妹, your father's or mother's? The I-130 filing only affects the beneficial' B2 application (your father or mother), not affect both your father and mother)

所以排期现在才到02年。如果现在取消130,还可以起签非移民签证吗？
-Not use. But Your father or mother (who is not the direct beneficial) can apply for the B2 visa to go to US without a problem.
