ask Pjiang or other expert about applying green card for my sister. Thank you in advance!

I am trying to apply green card for my sister and her hu*****and and son. What documents do I have to submit for I-130?

Based on Pjiang list,

  • 申请费 $355
  • I-130
  • Form I-864（经济担保）and related support documents such as tax return and w-2 form
  • 绿卡正反面复印，移民局颁发的归化证书／公民证书（或有效的美国护照）
  • my sister's G-325A
  • my and my sister's 出生证  (list her hu*****and and son in I-130)

I was just wondering whether I have to submit her hu*****and and son's birth certificate and marriage license right now? Or I just list her hu*****and and son in the I-130 form and submit their birth certificates and marriage license later?

Thank you very much in advance! BTW, could someone give me a total document list or procedure for sister immigration?
